Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period. To cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours before the renewal date. No refund will be granted for periods already billed.
All prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian dollars) and may be changed at any time. Price changes will take effect on the next billing cycle.
The free plan (Starter) may be modified or removed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify features, limits, or completely remove this plan at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Dispozition is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
All intellectual property rights in the Dispozition service, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Dispozition or its licensors. You acquire no ownership rights in these elements.
We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms of use or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time by following the procedures described in your profile.
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms.
These terms of use are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
